The Good Physical state can be developed through physical exercise. There are a variety of exercises and movements. However, the flexibility exercise is the best physical exercise. This exercise helps Ki flow (Ki flow is the same as the water flow, softness will absorb the water quicker).
The Good Spirit is developed through breathing exercises. These exercises help stimulate and regulate Ki.
