Injury
Watch patient carefully for the first 24-48 hours and contact doctor
immediately if any of the following symptoms appear:
- Nausea, vomiting or dizziness.
- Persistent headache or increase in intensity.
- Double vision or difficulty in focusing.
- Drowsiness - if patient wants to sleep let him/her, but wake him/her
every 1/2 - 1 hour and check his state of consciousness and orientation. If he
is confused or disoriented, call the doctor immediately.
- Memory loss or changes in memory.
- Weakness of muscles of face, arms or legs or difficulty in walking.
- Convulsions (Seizures).
Please do not give strong pain medication other than Aspirin/Tylenol for the
next 48 hours. If you have any concern please call the doctor.
