However, OHTC would like to inform the public of the absolute importance of proper health conditioning and help foster awareness of it. It takes a certain amount of discipline to achieve and maintain proper health conditioning. Our health is simply the most important thing in our lives; it allows us to do those things that make us truly happy. Sadly, many people do not realize this fact until they have already lost their health. Take an active interest in your own health and find within yourself the diligence and persistence needed to maintain it.
